The
Legal Department provides legal assistance and guidance to the Town
Council, Town Manager, and staff. This department prosecutes criminal
complaints in the Magistrate court, assists in the enforcement of Town
Code provisions, assists in carrying forward the various projects of the
Town and revises and updates the Town Code. Department personnel attend
work study sessions and regular meetings and provide legal advice to
other departments.
