The
goals of the Town Clerk Department are to maintain and make available
all permanent and official town records for public inspection in a
prompt and courteous manner; conduct all Town elections in an efficient
and legal manner; issue all business licenses and process contracts and
agreements; prepare all council minutes and monthly reports; process,
record, publish, and post all ordinances, resolutions, public notices
and official documents as required by State Statute or Prescott Valley
Town Code; receive, administer and process all liability insurance
claims, acting as Risk Manager; and to maintain and operate the
mail/copy center, providing mail and copy services for all Town
departments.

To become a registered voter, please see the voter registration page on the Yavapai County website or call 928-771-3248. You can pick up a voter registration form at the Town Clerk's Office, 2nd Floor in the Civic Center. Forms must be returned to Yavapai County. |
